Hi,

Have you tried your SIM card in a family member's phone to see if it still works? Have you tried one of their SIM cards to see if it works in your phone?

If you are not getting any signal when using another SIM card then perhaps the SIM card reader is faulty or there are other problem  due to the phone being dropped.

Have you tried connecting via WiFi and see if you can backup your data that way?
