Background
The Logitech UE Hyperboom is a portable Bluetooth speaker. The Logitech UE Hyperboom (model number: 984-001591) was released February 2020 and is a large speaker that specializes in high bass. It can play media from multiple paired devices as well as direct audio to other BOOM, MEGABOOM, or HYPERBOOM speakers. The speaker comes with a charger that can be plugged into any standard outlet.
This speaker is the largest in the BOOM series of devices. Besides this the key difference between it and older models is the high bass, with it being higher than any other BOOM model prior. As well as this it has a IPX4 rating for its level of waterproofing. This speaker comes in two similar models, the difference being in the charging port. This model features a micro-USB port, a USB-A, a fiber-optic cable port, an auxiliary cable port, and an AC power adapter port.
Identification
The Logitech UE Hyperboom features a large rectangular body with the control panel on the top side of the speaker. It has a plastic exterior with a black mesh fabric surrounding the sides of the speaker. You can find the handle and charging socket on along the vertical edge at the backside of the speaker. The model number is located on the bottom of the speaker on a white sticker.
