Check the voltage on the power adapter and if either fan is not working or defective it could keep it from powering on or worse could have burnt up the CPU OR GPU check the power supply first if it's good replace the fan in the Xbox it's common problem for the CPU to need re soldered or balled they would call it don't place it in the oven as some videos suggest

Flash the stock recovery and rom with Odin

Defective ,dead ,or incompatible battery but another or replace charger test charger make sure u have 20v dc

Try removing the battery and leave it out while you plug it in to charger and try to turn on if it comes in replace the battery

Use odin to flash the software down load the combination file for that exact model and version that will fix your device if it's not a bad battery and or charger cable

The phone has been wet or the phone is bricked bad battery or cable ,charger if it is wet trying to flash the combination file will permanently damage the device short answer if phone is wet inside it must completely dry before turning it on then replace charger and cable then if battery is removable test the voltage on it if it's less then 2.5v battery is damaged if all else is good flash the combination file with odin or compatible software fir blu

The card is not but the socket is purchase a upgraded card for that socket

Bad battery , Remove the battery plug it in and reboot
