Figured out what the issue with some batts reading high voltage but not working: I switched to the amp meter and the ones that were too low and too high volts only read .02A or less. Weird to see batteries reading 3.3V with negligible current. First time getting scammed like this with cells that show full (unloaded) voltage.

I am having a surreal issue where I’m swapping 1620’s between two fobs. Both will work only when the battery reads between 3.0 & 3.19. I have new 1620’s and 1616’s that read 3.20 to 3.32 and old ones that are below 3.0. Doesn’t matter which fob I put them in: either one will only work between 3.00 & 3.19V. (Crazy)
