I took apart my oral b 7000 to fix this issue, pressure sensor light always on, causing a reduced amount of power. Once in the toothbrush, i realized that the advice about the wire was incorrect, at least for my toothbrush. About a third of the way down, under the mother board, is a piece of metal that creates a connection when pressure is put on the brush. I couldn't bend it back, but did try. It is now working, but i dont think its going to last. To really bend it back, you'd have to take the mother board off so you could really bend the metal.
