Actually with two reasons were my laptop not working: (1) My original hard disk has failed (2) Bios setup had locked the UEFI mode so that i couldn't install windows. So i gave it to a technician and check it in the hardware part and unlock the UEFI mode and clean formatted it so as to work again.
