Hi @oldturkey03, I’m hoping you’re still around as I have a similar problem with my Sony KD-65X9000B TV (four red flashes and no other response). The components on the power board look mostly ok but there is a slight smell around the top left of the board near the capacitors and diodes up there and it looks like heat has affected the insulation on those primary/secondary coils. On the backside of the board there also looks like heat stress around those diodes. Any suggestions, should I try to re-solder? Thanks for looking.
