after replacing my laser and reassembled the unit it will not take discs or eject them I have to push the disc in its not picking up I've watched and Search sooo many videos I'm to the confused af point My system is a ps3 fat cechg01

Hi!
Maybe something is broken in the mechanism part.
Sometimes I also do get them for repair, but in this case I'm replacing the disc drive completely. Most of the time something is wrong with the mechanism and it's difficult to find any part related to this.
Be aware: When replacing the disc drive, you do need to transfer the original PCB to the replacement disk drive.
