The Steam Deck OLED's screen reader keeps turning itself on, and the screen sometimes appears zoomed. At the same time, the entire left side of the controls has stopped working (left joystick, D-pad, left touchpad, L1, L2, and rear left buttons), even in the Boot Manager.

Hi!
If it's not working even in the boot manager, you are having hardware issues here.
I would replace the left button board together with all the cables. The cable is connected from that board to the L1/L2 board, so replacing the cable is recommended as well.
