Check that the 2 fuses used for the wipers i.e. fuse #F7 in the passenger compartment fuse box and fuse #F110 in the power distribution box in the engine bay are both OK.
If they're both OK, here's a link to the wiper motor removal procedure and an image of the wiring diagram for the wipers that may help.
