Hello,
Unfortunately neither Panic nor iFixit sells the part directly. If the device is still under warrenty, I would suggest that you contact the company directly and ask for a replacement. If not, here is some advice:
You'll need to open up the device, which is not very difficult. Here is a guide from iFixit: Smontaggio Playdate
I did some googling, and I cannot find an exact battery as the one in the device. However, here is a very similar wattage and voltage battery. Just be sure that the measurements are correct and that the battery that you buy has all of the necessary protetctions (voltage under/overload, etc).

The battery you linked might not fit as there doesn't seem enough spare space to accommodate it, i.e. it's too wide and possibly too high.
The dimensions of the battery you linked are 5.0mm H x 30mm W x 48mm L (503048) whereas the dimensions of the battery as seen in the guide are 3.8mm H x 27mm W x 58mm L (382758)
