What is the full model number of the desktop, as shown on the product information label on the back of the case?

You have posted the part number for the case fan used in the desktop. We need to know the model number of the desktop to help you further.
It could be a Thinkstation P series e.g. Thinkstation P300, P320, P620 or an S series e.g. S20 or an E series e.g. E32 etc.
Look on the bottom of the case as well for the product label.
