My phone won't turn on

We'll need more information in order to help. Does the phone show any signs of charging? Is it recognized when connected to a computer? Have you tried a different charging cord and a different charger?

Is this something that happened suddenly or gradually? Has anything happened to the phone recently, such as being dropped, exposed to liquid or a firmware update? What condition was your battery in before it stopped working?

The more you can tell us about your phone the better chance we'll have of being able to help you figure out what's wrong with it. Unfortunately, the five words you've given us aren't enough for us to go on.
