Short answer is no.
The ram in a Surface 5 laptop is soldered onto the motherboard i.e. not user replaceable, and there is no spare slot to add any more.
Here's the ifixit Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 (15-inch) guide that may help if you want to open it up to check.
