Check the correct functioning of the PCBA

Lately I can't see anything in the ViewPower program and when I contacted BlueWalker support they told me that the problem is the PCBA.

How can I check it to see if it really isn't working?

Did the problem only occur after you updated to Win11 (if you did) or not?

if the port is "open" and there's no connection with the UPS then most likely it is the UPS unless it is in the wiring/cable etc between the UPS and the PC

I must try to change the cable to verify if the problem is UPS
