Usually the only reason for the " emergency call only " is because for some reason your phone service has stopped. The " emergency call only " is by law auto provided for free on any cellular phone even without a service, air time, or service plan.

Hi @isaacjrtobias,
Is there a compatible, working (or able to be activated) SIM card inserted in the phone?
