What is the make and model number of the motherboard that the card is going to be used in?
Here's the installation guide that may help to get you going.
Take heed of what is shown on p.2 in the guide showing the minimum system requirements especially with regard to the motherboard's PCI (PCIe) specs and the PSU's power rating
