LED lights not working
The LED display went dark. The device still plays FM stations, or bluetooth, and it powers on and off. I've changed the remote battery and tried unplugging it.

I don't know the model but looking at images of it seems as though they use a "tablet" type user interface to manually control the unit. Sony Android tablet perhaps?
With the unit turned on, try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the display screen and check if you can see any images at all on the screen.
They will be very faint if they are there so trying this in a darkened room may help.
If there are images then it's a backlight problem with the display.
If there are no images then it seems that the display is faulty.
Either way it may have to be replaced, unless you can find find a model number on the display unit. There's no parts list online that I could find indicating what it is. If there is a model number on it maybe parts can be found for it
Just what I'd try.
