Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the tablet.
You will have to completely dis-assemble the tablet to replace the display.
Go to p.29 to view the pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the Power key, side key, main FPC cable and side key FPC components.
By the time that you finish this, all that is left is the display assembly.
Search online for 5D18C10198 to find display suppliers that suit you best.
