Check if the display flex cable is securely connected to the systemboard.
If it is then here are some images showing the no display troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual. I've included zoomed in images and normal size images showing the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart.

If all the tests seem to be OK the screen will have to be replaced.
Search online for GH82-22836A GH82-22509A to find suppliers that suit you best.
Here's a video that shows what to do.
If doing this yourself seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the phone.

Yes when i charge it vibrate but it screen is blank
