It seems like there is a middle screw, but it's covered by a circular plate that seems to be the same material as the back cover (aluminum I assume). I can't seem to get any tools under the edge to pry it up. Is there a trick to this or a special tool?

If you watch the video he only removes 10 out of 11 so called screws
