S20 Ultra upper touch not working

Top touch of phone not working. It’s located exactly with the front camera, totally blocking me from searching anything with the phone, ex Samsung browser and Play Store search function is located right under the camera making it impossible to search because the touch is not working. Everything else with the phone works but just not that top part of the phone. I tried restarting, open safemode, uninstalling apps & it seems none of that fixed the issue.

Important to note that my bottom left corner is a bit broken but that happened months ago, the touch issue just happened today.

Hi,

The digitizer of the screen is more then likely damaged. If that is the case the screen would need to be replaced.

You seem that have taken all the correct steps with ruling out software and firmware issues.

Unfortunatly, this is a very expensive screen to purchase, but you could ask a shop to install one and test it before they fully install the new screen to make sure that is the issue.

It seems that Samsung phones usually stop working around the same area whenever a screen is cracked. What's special about that top part of their phones? Why do they choose not to work on only that top part? Why not stop responding on the specifically cracked area, why the top part?
