Hi,
It may be that there is a coin cell backup battery in the camera to maintain the date and time settings and if there is that it has become depleted.
According to the Rebel T2i parts manual on p.4 there is a part shown as WK1-5174-000 N 1 BATTERY, LITHIUM METAL <2ND>. I’m not sure if this is a rechargeable Lithium battery or not. In any event even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.
To download the parts manual to view the location of the battery, below the Document preview box there is a reCAPTCHA test. When you pass the test and click on Go to Download you will get a message that says “This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): ...processing...”.
Be patient as it takes a little while to find the file and then you will then get a message that says “This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): Download (canon eos-550d parts catalog)”. Click on Download as this is the download link.
Just to show what the part looks like this is the result when searching online for WK1-5174-000
The above is at odds with what it states on p.29 of the user manual. Although in the statement from the user manual (see image below) the operative word may be might, otherwise they would state that it has to be reset every time the main battery is removed as is said in other camera manuals. Maybe they don’t want users opening the camera to replace the battery. ;-)

Here’s a link to the ifixit Canon EOS Rebel T2i / 550D guides which may be of some help.

Thank you, I had already visit that Fixit page for Rebel T2i. As we can see their is noting to fix my Time and date "backup power" problem. I'm wondering if anyone know witch part to replace or how to reach the small Li-on battery inside, if there is one.
Hi,
I'm wondering if you even read my answer
The part is shown in the parts manual that I linked above. The page number where it is to be found is mentioned.
I also linked a supplier that shows what it looks like and how much it costs.
It's true that the ifixit guides do not show how to replace the battery but the guides may be helpful in opening the camera and the parts manual shows where it is located.
Most of the information is there for you to use
ifixit cannot be expected to provide specific repair guides for every device in the world.
Most repair guides on ifixit are provided by contributors (like you and me) who wish to repair their device and then make a guide for the benefit of others.
It is wonderful that ifixit provides a free platform for this
Here's how to do this if you decide to take up the challenge of fixing your camera
