OK Did you have a question? Have you included any details in your question (as per the recommendations during the message forming procedure) as to what measures you personally have undertaken to accomplish whatever it is you are trying to do?

You might want to start off explaining exactly how you know you have a fully charged battery while you state "My luna 650 won't charge".
