Dual Sim Network Problem + Can't use data and GPS at the same time

Phone has dual sim, only one sim has signal and it is the selected one for the internet, example, if I changed my internet settings to Sim 2, then Sim 1 will lose signal and Sim 2 will then have signal and vice versa. Also, whenever I'm using my GPS, this time even the selected sim loses its signal but if I'm on Wi-Fi and I used the GPS, the signal is not lost. I also can't make or receive calls but texting is no problem.

So far, I rebooted, did the airplane mode, do not disturb mode and factory reset, removed the sim, removed one sim, removed the micro memory card and no luck, the problem remains.
