2 Why is my computer slow?
My computer is running slow and I'm not sure why. I've tried restarting my computer and nothing has changed. What should I do to fix this problem?

Your RAM might be too slow to handle the functions of the laptop. This could slow down processing and cause the laptop to freeze. Close any necessary windows open or programs running in the background.
Your hard drive might be full. Check your hard drive capacity by navigating to the local disk. If disk is full, you might need to get a higher capacity hard drive.
