1 Why won't my TimelineU laptop charge?
My power adapter is plugged into my laptop, but it doesn't say the computer is charging. Why won’t my laptop show it’s charging?

Try unplugging your charger and plugging it into your laptop again. If laptop is still not charging try plugging charger into a different outlet. If you see no results, you may have a faulty charger and might consider purchasing a replacement charger. If you are now using a new charger the problem might be the built-in battery as opposed to the charger. If so, please see our Troubleshooting Page.
