My isn't it loading

hello

i recently were trying to repair my controller.

but unfortunately my ps3 controller cant load.

i mean, if i plug the usb in, all 4 leds are glowing, but the controller akku cant load.

why ?

if i plug it off, the leds are not glowing anymore.

what is the real deal ?
