Ok bud. So this is when the bios can not find the operating system. This could be an easy fix! Go into your bios settings, which should pop on when turning on the computer. Maybe F9? F12? One of those. Go into your Boot settings, look it up if needed. And change the hdd that starts on boot.<—- Look that up if you need to know how. “Change hdd that starts on boot” or along the lines. It may not have one OR you have two hdd’s in there and it doesn’t know which one to boot off, so you just switch it.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to reinstall Windows XP. But before that, try what I said.
