What are the best ways to clean the screen? And can keyboard marks be removed?

Electronics stores have professional monitor wipes. I generally just use some non-amonia based glass cleaner sprayed on a soft cloth and then applied. If your talking about the pressed in impression from the keyboard, you just have to leave it open and hope it comes out.
