Testo:

We had this problem yesterday.  Woke up to a TV (that's only 3 years old) that had sound, but screen was black and red.  We thought about calling a repairman or even buying a new TV.  Someone recommended that we reset it (I guess every TV has a reset button), so we did ..... And it worked!  TV working just fine again.
