@abdulbasit47293 depends what the blue screen looks like. It is most commonly an issue with your OS and I wager you are running some sort of Windows. Try and start in safe mode and see if that makes a difference. If it does boot into your OS in safe mode you can do some further troubleshooting. Let us know what you get.
