Toyota rav4 sport 2008 - Spare tire zipper cover stuck.

Due to accumulation of minerals and debris, I can't find the way to unzipped the cover and access spare tire. Anybody would have a trick to free this zipper? I tried to spray vinegar and ad lubricants … still stuck.
