Down loading latest update locked screen

Testo:

Down loading latest update locked screen.  download didn’t finish and now the screen is black. I turn it off, I turn it back on and it starts to download again but doesn’t finish it stops when it says there’s less than a minute left. I can’t do anything with my computer. Help
