Hurricane fan not running

My wall mounted Hurricane fan (# 736506) stopped running. I unplugged & replaced fuse in plug, but still no response. Voltmeter shows power to motor from base. Inspection of motor & oscillation mechanism reveals no burning or other apparent damage.  Is there any additional fuse or circuit breaker? Any ideas would be helpful. Cost too much to just scrap.
