Lens barrel stucked /jammed

I accidentally dropped my Nikon coolpix a900 camera on the ground while taking photos. The lens barrel is stucked /jammed and can't retract back to its closing position. The message showing on the screen is “Turn the camera off and then on again “. Help please!!
