after screen repair nexus don't boot

Testo:

I fix my Nexus screen by replacing all the frame.

All seem to go fine, but when i try to restart the phone nothing happen...

I try to disconnect battery, and i obtain the slow flashing "battery with blitz" icon on my new lcd.

I put a new battery into the phone, but nothing change.

Someone knows my problem?
