Camera Shut Down Immediately After Shot

Hi, I just bought new camera '''Nikon S33''', after fully charged the battery and format  memory card I tried to shot , but camera always shut down after I took a picture.

When turn it on again there is nothing in memory card.

What can I do to troubleshoot this issue ?
