I use "LOCTITE" Plastic Bonding System (bar code 79340 82565)- try Ace Hardware, etc. This works great if the directions are followed. If "chunks" are missing, bond together what you can, then prefit voids with wittled down bits of (black) EPP from another object, prime and glue accordingly. Any surface glue can blackened wih a permanent marker.
