I did these steps and replaced the battery. Now my computer won’t turn on. No indicator lights, no fans, nothing. I tried to “reset” the battery (with the paper lip in the back. Didn’t work. So then I : unplugged everything held the power button down 60 seconds plugged the battery back in, no. Then I tried to disconnect the battery hold the power button down, plug the AC in [still no battery in it] and still nothing.
any ideas on what I did wrong or should check?
Again ask him for some pointers and see what he can tell you worse case scenario if you live in Boston or close by you can arrange an appointment with him drop your laptop. !&&* give you a receipt and if he cant fix it you get your money back as long as you have the receipt. He’s much better and far more experienced. You can also call me as well if you like.
Okay call me at 6175953020. I can try helping you. But worst case scenario you might have to take it to a professional computer technician. Sometime you have to properly @%^!* the whole system check the power input and see if its taking the power all theses things often a computer technician can do. I know this professional technician in Boston that I highly recommend and i can give you his number and he may be able to further troubleshoot it for you and help arrange a way in which you guys can fix it. I would highly recommend him he helped fix my computer when I was also having battery issues a while ago and he gets it done.
