    • Flip your device over so that you're facing the back cover of your device.

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to unscrew the single 8 mm screw and remove the RAM cover.

    • Using the iFixit opening tools, press on the two metal pieces holding the RAM cartridge in place. Do this for both RAM cards.

    • The card will pop up at an angle so you can remove it by hand.

    • Remove the RAM sticks from your device.
