CONTINUA A TUO RISCIHIO E PERICOLO. NON SONO RESPONSABILE PER LA TUA SICUREZZA!

This saved us. Although we have a different model.

The power button on our Maytag 3000 has been off center and loose for a while. My wife had a special techique, pushing gently around the 1 o’clock position and that worked. Today, wife my wife out of town, I pushed this button too hard and it no longer worked. I took the top off and removed the control panel to find that the other end of this button is a 1.5 inch long piece of thin plastic that pushes a small red switch inside the control panel. This button is held in place by thin metal and other plastic pieces. Not made well enough to last as long as the working parts of this washer.

I removed the power button (actually it fell out in pieces), put the machine back to together and used a 3 inch piece of plastic irrigation tubing to reach the red activator button inside the machine and it powers on and off much easier than fussing with a dysfunction plastic part. I am not recommending anyone else try this, but seems to work for me so far. Obviously I will only use plastic -non conductor of electricity.

Hello I have a GE front loader and my power went out before it was done it had a minute to go and now it does not want to start back up what do I do and I thought I would unplugged it for a hour thinking it would reset it self but that didn't work

Margaret Greene - Replica

There are some things which can cause this - online they talk about a stuck water valve or a door switch problem. Make sure to completely restart a cycle. There is also a reset process where you unplug the power cord and then hold down the power button for at least 5 seconds after plugging the power cord back in.

Can this be done with a Maytag 4000 series same as the picture from this post. I changed the sensor and cleared all tubes of debris and cleaned the back filter to the tub and took out some plastic, also cleaned out the filter at the bottom connected to the water pump. I’ve done it all and I’m still getting the F32 and F20 code, the F 32 doesn’t stay on anymore but it stops the washing process. I’m thinking memory code has to be reset and I can’t find out how. Help!

I replaced my control board on my Frigidaire washers and I'm getting key stuck message pop up on my screen around two minutes after I turn it on

Calvin King - Replica

Thank you! Worked as predicted! 5 seconds! Took me longer to find a “tool” than to fix it!

This is a great tip, but unfortunately, in my case, the housing ring was actually broken and there is absolutely no way to get a replacement part. I have called everywhere. So for the want of a 10c piece of plastic I need to replace a perfectly good Maytag Washing machine. Very sad. So much for sustainable and reusable!
