Maybe your petlibro air automatic pet feeder (model PLAF008） doesn’t want to dispense food. You filled up the tank to the required amount, but it still does not want to dispense. But then you check your feeding mechanism that dispenses food into your bowl and notice that there is some food blocked. It doesn’t mean that your feeding mechanism is broken, but instead it needs some cleaning.

Flip up the latches on the sides of the device.
Lift the case up and off.

Twist the feeding mechanism to the right to unlock it.

Inspect the feeding mechanism and remove any jammed kibble.
Rotate the feeding mechanism in order to unlock the part so that you can take it off. (There should be a lock and unlock graphic on the feeding mechanism)
