You have tried everything to attempt to make your device work again, if nothing has succeeded the motor may need to be replaced. Follow this guide on how to remove the motor.

  1. Panasonic ER-GN30-K Motor Replacement, Motor: passo 1, immagine 1 di 1
    • Remove the dark transparent cap by gently pulling on it.

    • Remove the back battery cap from the device by twisting it to the unlock position and pulling.

    • Remove the black trimmer cap from the top of the device by gently pulling it.

    • Use a metal spudger to pry apart the silver plastic case.

    • Pull each side of the plastic case off.

    • Unscrew one 20mm Phillips #00 screw.

    • Remove the rubber stopper from the top of the motor shaft by gently pulling it off.

    • Use a pair of tweezers to remove the plastic cover of the motor shaft by pulling it away from the motor.

    • Remove the motor from the case by sliding the cover off of it.

My motor working intermittently. Took apart per instruction (very detailed, thank you). Everything loos good on the internals. I think my problem is succumb build up on the negative spring where it makes contact on negative end of battery. I scrapped it a little with tip of knife, working some what better. Need to find small wire brush to get in there and give it a good cleaning. Thank you for your guide :)

Thanks for such a detailed step by step to disassemble. It appears that the motor is not functioning: LD-050FF-2043V motor. But I was not able to find a replacement on the internet. Any suggestions?
