First of all, find the area where the sticker is. In my case, it is on the car body near the fuel tank.

Spray the area with some soap water or with cleaning sprays. Goo gone work really well for this and might allow you to skip the blow dryer in the next step.

Microfiber Cleaning Cloths

Next, wipe the area thoroughly with a microfiber cleaning cloth. Skip this step if you're using Goo Gone.

Turn on the hairdryer and put it in its hot setting.
Start heating the sticker from a few inches away. Try to heat the sticker from the center outward.
This will soften the adhesive under the sticker and make the following steps much easier.
Using Goo Gone might allow you to skip this step, but for stubborn stickers, the hair dryer + Goo Gone will be most effective.

Plastic Cards

Use a plastic card and try to scrape the sticker from the edges.
A plastic card can help you remove your unwanted stickers without damaging the paint.
If it doesn't work, try to repeat step 4 and then try again.
If you are working on a glass surface, use a razor blade instead of a plastic card! It may seem too much for the glass, but the glass is hard enough to use a razor blade on.
Be careful when using a razor blade!

Finally, if there is any residue, heat the residue with the hairdryer and scrape it off with a plastic card or razor blade (depending on where the sticker is). Using Goo Gone makes removing any residue easy.
After removing all stickers and residue, use some detailing spray or cleaning spray to clean the area again and you are all set!
