If the laptop is failing to turn on or hold a charge, it may be because of a faulty battery. This guide will teach you how to remove and therefor replace the battery of this laptop. Be sure to disconnect the AC adapter to your laptop if it's connected before removal.

  1. Acer Aspire E5-721-64T8 battery Replacement, Battery: passo 1, immagine 1 di 1

    • Remove the twenty-five 6mm Phillips #0 screws from the bottom panel of the laptop.

    • Using the plastic opening tool, lift up on the side opposite of the Ethernet connector.

    • With the plastic opening tool under the bottom panel, work your way around the perimeter until the panel separates.

    • Remove the two 6mm Phillips #0 screws from the battery.

    • Disconnect the battery from the motherboard.

    • Pull the battery up and out of the laptop.
