Background
The JD Razor 2000 is the second generation of the famous, American Razor A kick scooter released in 2000. The JD Razor 2000 was released into the Japanese market alongside the American Razor A2. The JD Razor 2000 is differentiated by its front dual-spring suspension and its wheelie bar.
The newer models of kick scooters (A3, A4, and A5Lux) feature larger, polyurethane wheels (125mm - 200mm), thicker grips, aluminum decks, and high-speed bearings.
Identification
The JD Razor 2000 looks very similar to the A2 model, and is differentiated only by the visible spring suspension system. The newer A3 and A4 models have slightly larger wheels and frames, while the A5Lux model has significantly larger wheels and frame.
