why after a thunderstorm with lightning my tv doesn't turn on but there is the red light, how can i fix this?

sometimes, when you press on that red light will blick. How many times it blinks is an error code.
If it does not blink, and the lightning caused a surge, then the likely failure in your power board

@giulia74986 Is this after EVERY thunderstorm, or did lightning actually strike the TV? If it were to be after EVERY thunderstorm, there is static electricity in the air, which can do funny things. We're no weather people, we fix stuff, so anything we say about the weather and it's impact on tech may or may not be correct.
