Won't Turn on?
I have a controller that won't turn on or charge. I put a new battery in it that I know works so I didn't have to buy a new one and it still doesn't work what do I do?

Was the new battery you put in, already holding a charge?
If so, it's most likely related to the motherboard...
You could replace the USB/LED board together with the cable to see if that is it, but most likely it is the motherboard.

Otherwise I would check the motherboard and check it for shorts. Otherwise a motherboard replacement may be required.
