Eye 360 Red light flashing

Hi, trying to start the robot, a red flashing light appears and blocks any other operation. Occasionally the robots starts and it works normally for about a couple of hours covering the entire surface: this leads me to exclude battery issues but I would appreciate your support in finding the root cause of the red light. Could it be any issue related to the tracks? Thank you for you support
